Fixed some bugs and improved clue generation

I fixed a few bugs including 

A bug where after looking in the notes a couple of times the text did not display in the clue box

A bug where you could use a key on an already disarmed door and trigger the trap

A bug where the name of the trap door was not displayed properly when you lose the game
